The Invescor, Ltd. Advantage
Invescor, Ltd. has processed more than 2,000 life settlement transactions, surpassing $4 billion in aggregate face value with its approved life settlement providers.

Invescor delivers life settlement back office and brokerage services. We work on your behalf to ensure that your clients get the best possible offer from our approved providers for their life insurance policies.

Invescor is setting life settlement industry standards with its rigorous, 15-step due diligence process that every provider must completely satisfy before being approved to purchase policies. Providers doing business with Invescor must certify, present, or adhere to:
  • Exclusive use of institutional funding sources
  • Proof of all applicable life settlement provider state licenses
  • Errors & Omissions policy showing provider’s coverage for life settlement transactions
  • Letter of good standing from the provider’s state of domicile for the corporation
  • Provider’s confirmation of privacy, anti-fraud, and anti-money laundering policies
  • A complete litigation check is done on each provider
  • Proof that all third party escrow firms used by the provider are either an FDIC member bank or state chartered financial institution
  • Provider’s quarterly submission of purchase parameters for its combined life settlement portfolio
  • Only firm offers made by the provider are accepted (no conditional offers)
  • Invescor will review all closing documents and must approve all forms being used by the provider
  • Provider must disclose any affiliation with any other business entity
  • Provider’s purchasing intent must be disclosed
  • Disclosure of any customer complaints
  • Disclosure of any bankruptcy filings
  • Disclosure of compensation requirements or limitations

We currently present cases to more than 25 providers that achieve these rigorous due diligence standards. In 2009, by creating an auction environment, we achieved a 330% increase over cash surrender value - after all commissions were paid.

Our proprietary software, LifeSettleWare®, provides you with 24/7 access to all of your case files, documentation, life expectancy reports, medical records, valuations, as well as all bids, counter offers, and declinations. The result is fully transparent and fully disclosed life settlement transactions that generate outstanding client value.

As standard procedure upon submission of a life settlement case, Invescor adds you to our Errors and Omissions coverage.

Based on the gross offer, Invescor’s sliding fee schedule is consistent for all life settlement cases and includes volume discounts.
